MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Sleep Centre in Brampton! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Chrysler Drive Centre at the corner of Williams Parkway and Chrysler Drive. We provide OHIP-covered sleep consultations and sleep studies to treat chronic fatigue, excessive daytime sleepiness, insomnia, morning headaches, non-restorative sleep, restless legs, sleep apnea, and snoring. We are available to answer your phone calls and provide sleep consultations during our clinic hours listed below. We provide sleep studies from 8:00pm-6:30am, seven days a week, excluding holidays. We are not available to answer phone calls during evenings and weekends.

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except mammography breast imaging for women ages 40-74 at select locations. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

I was nervous at first, because it was my first sleep test, but from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very welcoming and courteous staff. My technician was Harpreet. She was very kind, professional, efficient and fun to talk to as well. She explained everything with great detail at the appropriate times, and this made my stay feel even more comfortable and stress free. <3 The facility itself is clean, well prepared and was nice and quite during the duration of sleep time. I would recommend coming here for sleep tests.
