We provide AHCIP-covered cardiology, internal medicine, bone density, endocrinology, diabetes, diet and nutrition services – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Alberta Health Card (AHCIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our AHCIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Alberta healthcare provider, such as a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Alberta healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

I was able to get a quick appointment. Once I got there, I didn’t wait long and I was able to go in and see the doctor. I did not feel rushed with my appointment with the doctor. I left with further testing and some good recommendations. I felt that she heard what I had to say and her feedback was very professional. My doctor was easy to speak with, and she assured me that she would follow up once the results were in. Also parking was available per patients.
