As a first time mother, words cannot explain how much anxiety there is going into an ultrasound. Having friendly and warm techs makes all the difference for us and I have to commend the staff at this location. Nadia specifically, was incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable. I hope all patients get the same kind of warmth and respect that I have received for all three of the ultrasound scans I've done so far. Thank you for making my motherhood journey as comfortable as possible!

I was at the Milton WELL Health Diagnostic Center for cardiac issues and testing, my cardiologist Dr Mundi was compassionate, great, kind, and answered all my concerns and questions, but I want to give special mention to Abeer, the Patient Care Representative, as she was was in constant contact with me through the whole process of appointments, testing, and multiple emails from myself, what a wonderful patient care representative!!

As usual I always have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and the techs are awesome, gentle, kind and professional 😀
If I had to complain about anything with this location is that the waiting area is too small, but otherwise Well Diagnostics is always top notch, ty

I was called in for ultrasound in a few minutes of my appointment time. The technician David was amazing and caring throughout the process.

I recently had to wear a heart monitor holster. I had a lot of anxiety going in as I didnt know exactly what to expect. Everything was explained to me clearly and the staff were extremely friendly and informative. Great team!

Excellent. The receptionist was charming , polite and efficient. The technician was thorough in getting through the process of getting the diagnostic screening completed as smoothly as possible.

Great staff and service. I had an issue with my paperwork which I thought was taken care of electronically. Ravia and her team went above and beyond to accommodate me and get my appointment started despite the hiccup. Ravia stayed more than an hour past her working hours and worked relentlessly to trace electronic trails and reschedule other patients appointments to resolve the issue. Thanks to her dilligence and flexibility, I was able to have my time sensitive appointment. Nadia was my technician and was very quick and efficient throughout the process. Overall, the clinic is organized and well maintained. Suggestions to improve would be better integration of the online live chat booking process with the actual patient records to reduce administrative and technological uncertainties. I would definitely book future appointments at this clinic.

I went for a sonography. My technician was Nadia. She was great.
