MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in Oshawa! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Oshawa professional building on the north side of King Street just west of Park Road. You can also enter the parking lot from Bond Street just west of Park Road. We provide OHIP-covered nuclear cardiology and bone mineral density (BMD) services – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except breast screening mammography for women ages 40-74 at select locations. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

I went for a nuclear stress test and cannot believe the level of care. Everyone I encountered was amazing, but I need to give a special shout out to the lady who did the first part of my test on day 2. I didn't react well to the nuclear stressor that was given to me, but she was so patient, getting me a blanket, juice, distracting me with conversation and just being extremely caring. I truly wish I remembered her name, so I could leave it in the comments and have her recognized, but I was a little out of it. I did let the front desk know and I hope she knows how much I appreciated her ❤️

I was quite nervous the 2nd day I went. I told the young lady this and she talked me through it. She expressed how I was in good hands and how many people were there to help. By the time she was done, I didn't even notice that my IV was in my hand. I was so relaxed I fell asleep in one part of the treatment.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was very nervous as soon as I walked through the door because of my past bad experiences with getting IV. From the front desk right through to the staff operating the machines and who gave me the IV made me me feel so comfortable and at peace. The 2 gentlemen who gave me the IV on each day were very kind, gentle and comforting. Thank you so much so much to everyone!!!

The people there were amazing! So kind and reassuring and talked me through each step. The only negative is that a parking spot is hard to get. It’s a small parking lot, so plan to arrive a little early in case you need to wait for a spot.

My GP ordered a bone mineral density test.I had this test done at WELL diagnostics at King Street West (close to downtown).
3 minutes after sitting down I was called to have the scan.I can't say enough about how pleasant the receptionist was and this includes the technician.He was friendly and he & I had a short but pleasant conversation after the test.
