MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in Pickering! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Brookdale Centre (around the corner from Shoppers Drug Mart) in Building D, Suite 202. We provide OHIP-covered ultrasound, X-ray, mammography and bone mineral density services – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis. We look forward to seeing you!

Request Appointment

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis**. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except mammography breast imaging for women ages 40-74 at select locations. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

**Our walk-in X-ray hours may differ from our hours of operation. Please scroll up to view our current walk-in X-ray hours.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

I had a very good experience at well health in Pickering. I arrived early as requested. My appointments were on time. The people who were doing that test were very well prepared and on time. I would recommend this location for anyone needing testing. I have another test coming up to the end of the month and as with this one, I will arrive on time in the hope that they will be on time too.

This is my go to place to have all blood tests, xrays and my mammograms. When I book appointments it's always timely. Yesterday I arrived almost 1/2 hour early. I was out of there before my scheduled appointment. All the staff are caring, I don't feel like a number.

I didn’t get the guys name but my appointment was for 3:10pm, and I arrived super early lol.. the staff was wonderful that’s why I always come here. But the X-Ray tech was hilarious, we had a wonderful laugh. he made my day so much better, Despite my pain I was in.
