MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in Pickering! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the Brookdale Centre (around the corner from Shoppers Drug Mart) in Building D, Suite 202. We provide OHIP-covered ultrasound, X-ray, mammography and bone mineral density services – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Request Appointment

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis**. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except mammography breast imaging for women ages 40-74 at select locations. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

**Our walk-in X-ray hours may differ from our hours of operation. Please scroll up to view our current walk-in X-ray hours.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

I was taken on time which is important when you are 70 and have a litre of water in your bladder waiting for an ultrasound. The technician was excellent, did not rush, explained what she was doing and why. She also asked permission to do an additional check. I agreed right away as a previous requisition was done by another technician who did not do that step on the requested by the Dr. I realized this after the fact. The technician at this appointment was on top of it, it was not requested on this requisition, she used her own initiative, a d asked permission. I appreciated that so much. Thank you.
