MyHealth Centre is now WELL Health Diagnostic Centre in downtown Toronto! We’re the same team with a new name, located in the underground PATH at the southwest corner of Yonge and King Street. Enter the PATH from the ground level entrance at RSM Place beside Desjardins, and take the elevator down to level C (Concourse). We provide OHIP-covered cardiology, ultrasound and X-ray services – with shorter wait times, faster report turn-around, and the highest standard of patient care. Please call or chat live to request your appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis. We look forward to seeing you!

Step 1: Requisition

Download our requisition and obtain a signed copy from your referring healthcare provider*. If possible, E-mail or fax the signed requisition to our clinic.

Step 2: Schedule

All of our services require a scheduled appointment, except X-ray, which is provided on a walk-in basis**. Please schedule your appointment by telephone, or live chat located in the bottom-right corner of this website.

Step 3: Test Preparation

Please review our Test Preparation Guide prior to your appointment. Bring your Ontario Health Card (OHIP) and requisition to your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to register.***

*Our OHIP-covered services require a signed requisition from a certified Ontario healthcare provider, except mammography breast imaging for women ages 40-74 at select locations. If you need a requisition, you can visit a family doctor, walk-in clinic or community health center.

*Already have a doctor’s requisition? We accept signed requisitions from any certified Ontario healthcare facility, including hospitals and independent health facilities.

**Our walk-in X-ray hours may differ from our hours of operation. Please scroll up to view our current walk-in X-ray hours.

***If you have mobility concerns, please ask your caregiver to accompany and assist you.

We will send your diagnostic report to your referring healthcare provider, who will follow up with you. We can send it to additional healthcare providers upon your request.

The receptionists are friendly and polite, and the technicians who conduct the tests are equally pleasant and competent. I saw two different doctors on separate occasions, and I was genuinely encouraged by the attention they gave me. They took the time to explain my condition, and after our consultations, they encouraged me to ask questions. And whenever I did, I received clear answers and words of encouragement, so I would leave satisfied by the attention that they gave me.

I recently visited the clinic for an ultrasound examination of my aorta. The clinic was very clean and tidy, and all the staff were friendly and polite.

The gentleman who performed my ultrasound (his name started with “Mar…”) was very experienced and patient. He explained everything clearly during the examination, which helped me feel much less worried. I really appreciated the time he took to make sure I was comfortable.
